About Us... NJ Heating and Cooling Authority is a service based company, but we are not limited to just service. We do a whole lot more then that. For a list of the services we provide click here. We currently do work for many new construction developments, most are Energy Star homes. With many new ones starting this year. We also do work for a lot of single home builders. As well as working with homeowners on new builds and additions. History The owner of NJ Heating and Cooling Authority has over 25 years experience in the HVAC field and all other staff have over 75 years experience combined. Future Goals Right now we are only availiable to the residents of central New Jersey for equipment service. Our goal is to expand that service to the entire state of New Jersey.
