Service Agreements - "The smart choice"

Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst - on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave; times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.

Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.

There are 3 different type of Service Contracts that we offer. Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Below you will find a list of what each package consists of. You may purchase them for heating only, cooling only, or both heat and cooling at a discounted rate.

Your investment in our service agreement includes:

  • Silver Package - One routine maintenance call per season, one in spring for cooling one in fall for heating. We will clean, check, and adjust for peak efficiency. Change or clean filter, 2lbs of refrigerant if needed. Humidifier cleaning is included under normal circumstances, pads and parts are extra. There will be a charge for parts and labor with 15% off any service call.
    Heat only 95.00 cooling only 105.00 or both 175.00

  • Gold Package - All of the silver package plus replacement of parts with no labor charge. Priority Service placement. 10% off any equipment replacement.
    135.00 heat only 145.00 cooling only or both 250.00

  • Platinum Package - All the silver and gold plus Emergency service with response within 24hrs No charge for any service call, (parts or labor). With the exception of (heat exchangers, coils, duct work refrigerant piping and compressors) note these exceptions are usually replacements.
    185.00 heat only 195.00 cooling only or both 350.00

  • General Terms and Conditions - This contract runs 1 year to date of signing. All work to be performed during regular work hours of 8:00am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. After hours, weekend and holidays will be billed at our emergency service Rates. We are not responsible for any losses due to delays, labor disputes, fire, explosions, and acts of god or other circumstances beyond our control. Any parts to be found bad at time of our inspection should be replaced. A Discounted price will be applied for replacement otherwise it will not be covered in this agreement. Any Alteration, additions, repairs or adjustments made by others will void this contract without refund. No Electrical work needing an electrician is covered in this agreement. We will not be responsible for repairs due To negligence, misuse, or improper installations, obsolete or non repairable parts, nor product sounds, odors and appearance. Work on repairs occasioned by the enforcement of existing or future codes, building Regulations, ordinances, union regulations, federal, state, county or city laws. This contract covers only working parts. This agreement dose not cover parts for humidifiers, Electronic air cleaners, zone dampers and any other part not being a furnace or air conditioner. Replacement of any equipment is fully chargeable and discounts do apply. This contract is transferable when you sell your home.
