Service Contract
There are 3 different type of Service Contracts that we offer. Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Below you will find a list of what each package consists of. Silver Package
This package is similar to a standard maintenance agreement that other companies offer. It consists of one routine maintenance call per season (One for heat in the fall and one for cooling in the spring). Charges will apply for any other work not defined below. During these maintenance calls we will do the following:
Both Heating and Cooling
Change or clean filter. (Free standard filter with filter change)
Clean, check, and adjust unit for peak efficiency.
Check thermostat for proper operation.
15% off parts and labor for any service call throughout the year.
Heating
Check for proper venting.
Check for proper condensate drainage. (90% furnaces and above)
Test for any gas leaks.
Check all internal parts for proper operation.
Clean and startup humidifier, if you have one. (Pads and parts are extra)
Cooling
Check freon level (2 lbs of refrigerant is included in package).
Check for freon leaks. (Parts and labor charge will apply if leak is fixed)
Check all internal parts in condenser.
Check blower for proper operation.
Clean and shutdown humidifier, if you have one.
Gold Package
The Gold Package has all the benefits of a Silver Package plus no labor charge on part replacements with the exception of (heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant, piping, and compressors). You will get Priority Service placement. You will also receive 10% off any equipment replacement. Note: A thorough inspection of equipment is required before sign up.
Platinum Package
The Platinum Package has all the benefits of the Silver
and Gold Packages combined. You will also receive NO charge for any service call (parts and labor) with the exception of (heat exchangers, coils, duct work, refrigerant, piping, and compressors.) Note: A thorough inspection of equipment is required before sign up.
General Terms and Conditions
This contract runs for 1 year from date of signing. All work is to be performed during the regular work hours of 8:00 AM EST to 3:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday. After hours, weekend, and holidays will be billed at Emergency Service Rates. We are not responsible for any losses due to delays, labor disputes, fire,explosions, acts of nature, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Any parts found defective at the time of our inspection should be replaced. A discounted price will be applied for their replacement, otherwise it will not be covered by this agreement. Any alteration, additions, repairs, or adjustments made by others will void this contract without refund. No electrical or plumbing work that requires a licensed contractor is covered in this agreement. We will not be responsible for repairs due to negligence, misuse, or improper installations, obsolete or non repairable parts, nor product sounds, odors, appearance, or work on repairs because of the enforcement of existing or future codes, building regulations, ordinances, union regulations, or federal, state, county, and city laws. This contract covers only working parts. This agreement does not cover parts for humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, zone dampers, and other part not being a furnace or air conditioner. Replacement of any equipment is fully chargeable and discounts do apply. This contract is transferable to the new buyer when you sell your home.
